God Matters…Everyone Matters: It’s good for men to spend time to learn support and encourage each other, and create a meeting place for our friends and neighbours.

We run a regular programme of events at various venues.

  • Men’s breakfasts/brunches (about three times a year) – join us in church to eat, meet and worship together. We’ll take the opportunity to consider a Christian perspective on topics that we wouldn’t necessarily cover at our Sunday morning services, to challenge us in our lives following Jesus. It’s an open invitation to all. Times vary – check the events pages for details.
  • Prayer Breakfast@The Railway Bell (about once a month when there is no Men’s Breakfast in church) – meet from 8.15 am for a pub breakfast, prayer for each other and a short bible reflection.
  • Drinks evenings (about once a month, usually a Wednesday or Thursday) – join us at a local pub from 8.00 pm for chat, relaxation and a beer (optional). All are very welcome, especially our friends, family and neighbours. Keep an eye on the website for details of where we are meeting each month.

See the church diary page to find out more about these and other events, or sign up to our mailing list for more information. Why not also join our What’sApp group? Get in touch with Martin Smith on 07726322550,  and Simon Vincent’s or Andrew Cooper’s to find out more.
